I guess I should give them credit for at least trying but that is hardly timely on their part. And as noted was a full 14 days after I went in and got new equipment.
This blog is for all the folks I never seem to stay in contact with. So if I don't get around to calling or emailing or the internet loses the email it will all be here. :-). And if you are a visiting stranger I hope you find me not too boring, and maybe make your presence known with a comment or an email. What you will find here is: food I ate, food I cooked, some sports, movie (DVD) reviews, stuff I went and did and some, sometimes sarcastic, views of what went on around me.

Cox to the rescue!
Yesterday, 18 days after I made my service request, I got the following back from the tech center:
Section 17, subparagraph (b), item 3 of the customer service manual:
